Community safety experience that translates into action

Eirena was founded by Fabian Gayle, drawing on around eight years of policing and community-safety experience across neighbourhood policing, public protection, domestic abuse, stalking, coercive control, fraud and local-authority ASB work.

That background brings a practical understanding of evidence, risk, vulnerability, partnership working and the pressures faced by frontline teams. Eirena’s role is to help clients see the case clearly, improve the quality of their decision-making and move towards proportionate resolution.
